Следующий сезон пройдет под флагом в клетку: знаменитый древний узор на ткани завоевал подиумы. Что это, дань уважения к прошлому моды или попытка возродить традиции? Кажется, дизайнеры устали от нововведений и решили вспомнить о классике. А классика, как известно, беспроигрышный вариант.
Но если вы ожидаете увидеть килты и платья-футляры, я вынуждена вас разочаровать! Настолько неожиданным этот узор еще не был никогда. Двухцветные пайетки складываются в сияющую ткань, расплывчатые квадраты теснятся на свободном пальто, а матовые и блестящие нити на плаще переплетаются, превращаясь в тот самый геометрический рисунок. Теперь не считается моветоном смешивать разные виды и цвета клетки в одном луке - наоборот, можно и нужно экспериментировать.Дизайнерам удается совмещать нестандартный подход и узнаваемые мотивы. Например, одежду из клетки тартан (шотландки, ранее использовавшейся только для пошива килтов) можно найти у Versace, Givenchy, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Antonio Marras и Fausto Puglisi. Но это не привычное глазу сочетание красного с белым и зеленым, а разные вариации на эту тему и игры с цветом.
ENG: The next season will carry a checkered flag: a well-known ancient pattern conquerred the catwalk. Is it a tribute to the fashion's past or an attempt to revive the traditions? It seems that designers are tired of innovations and decided to remember classics. And classics is known as a safe variant.
But if you are looking forward to see ordinary kilts and case-dresses, I have to disappoint you! This pattern has never been so surprising. Double-coloured sequins form sparkling material, blurred squares jostle one another on a loose-fit coat, and matte and shining threads interlace forming that geometrical design. Now to mix different kinds and colours of the checker in one look is not mauvais ton - on the contrary, one may and needs to experiment.
The designers manage to match unusual approach and well-known motives. For example, clothes made of tartan checker (plaid, which was used for sewing only kilts before) one can find at Versace, Givenchy, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Antonio Marras and Fausto Puglisi. But it is not an usual match of red with white and green, but different variations and plays with colours.
